My younger sister has appeared for class 12 exams. Now she has to wait for 3-4 months before her college will begin. What should she do in this time? Shud she spend it in learning something? Or shud she take up a job?

She can learn as she goes to college. Let her earn in these few months. I am not saying for money, but for very valuable experience which will give her a lot of confidence for future career.
