1. handling customer queries through mail and phone.
2. Monitoring customer feedback and acting upon this.
3.Providing first class customer service from enquiry to follow up
4.Working within a team
5.Ensure that all transactions carried out within the agency are treated with the strictest of confidence.
6.Undertake any agreed additional or specialist responsibilities relating to operations administration.
7.Maintain high standards of professionalism and sales services to business clients, corporate accounts and related leisure customers.
