* Fresh UG/B.Com, BA, BHM and B.Sc graduates.
* Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills.
* Willing to work in different time zones.

* 6-12 months of experience in providing Inbound / Outbound Voice and email support to International Call Centers via telephone.
* Effectively answer inbound / outbound telephone calls and email support from clients and provide client support through the use of an online knowledge base and benefits administration system / information system.
* Document calls and issues in case management tools.
* Good decision maker.
