Job Description

Responsible for the entire employee life cycle:
Plan and execute Induction Programme.
· Identify best practices / process re-engineering opportunities and implementing these HR initiatives across the teams in Operations.
· Providing leadership and ensuring high level of motivation at process level.
· Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee grievances issues.
· Ensure the management follows the set process of skip level & one on one meeting with their team members.
· Responsible for Performance Management.
· Plan & execute IJP &IJT process.
· Drive programs on retention and succession planning on organization level.
· Conduct monthly meeting and prepare dashboards.
· Maintain employee count report.
· Monthly planning and executing employee engagement activities.
· Responsible for exit management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have minimum experience in HR Generalist profile Should possess very Good Communication Skills. Candidate should comfortable to work for US-night shift. Strong execution and decision making capabilities Team player and effective communicator. Should be a multitask and provide support to business units. Promotes open door policy, Fast, Fun and Friendly environment, and commitment to Excellence
