Is MBA Required?

I have been working as a temporary Operations Executive with a leading Mutual Fund company in India for more than a year. I feel stagnated in this job and don't see any career prospects. I think that having a MBA degree would be of great benefit to me. But I cannot afford to pay a lot of money for college. What should I do?

You are right! A degree in Management could be of advantage for your career in the Financial Services industry. Pursuing MBA from any of the leading business schools costs a lot of money. But you can always try to get a scholarship. Another option is that you convince your company to fund your higher education. If that doesn't work, you can also get an educational loan from any state bank. Good Luck!
