But then, with a start up named naukriforwomen.com they thought it best to mark the difference lest people confuse it with the older venture. Naukriforwomen, a website started by 32-year-old Los Angeles resident Mohanty is essentially a directory of jobs for women. It is registered by Mohanty’s technology firm, Nevadas Technology Solutions based in the USA.
