I want to work from home because of my family responsibilities. But whenever I search for such jobs, I am told to pay some money as Registration fees. Should I go ahead and do that? I don't feel very confident about paying money without getting an offer in hand. What should I do?

Whenever someone asks you to pay a Registration Fee, this should be taken as an indication that this is not really a genuine job. Please never pay any money to people who promise you a work from home job. This is a scam really, just like MLM networks. Try to look for a genuine job, and then negotiate for an option to work from home.
