Most office romancs r really frivolous relationships tht mean nothing. If threatened with being fired, wud your frnds prefer to resign, or wud they prefer to break up?

Your worries are not entirely baseless. Most companies have a strict policy on romantic relationships between employees. However, if your friend and her boss are really serious about each other, then this could be a minor problem. If they are both willing for a long term relationship(and are single legally), then one of them can move to a different organisation to make things simpler. Working together is not a good idea as it could negatively affect their careers.

in real world, sab chalta hai yaar! i hv seen rules being bent even in top mnc companies. theoratically, romance at work is very wrong. but in real life, it is rampant...even for married ppl.

I think many ppl experience these feelings. But we r trained to supress feelings of attraction, esp women in our society. Plus it is seen negatibvely at work, so even more reason to disregard these feelings.

If u r looking for a frivolour romance, there r other places to do it. Dont do at work. However, if u r looking for a husband, obviously u r too desperate to care for ur career. so leave ur job n focus on hubby search only.
