Depends on the organisation's culture yaar. If everyone (or most ppl) leave at the official hour, then you cn. But if everyone else is working late, then it looks a little odd if you get up from your desk at sharp leaving time.

It is best to finish work in time and leave. If you stay late, you set a precedent and ppl expect u to always stay late. So arrive in time and leave in time.
