HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE/OPERATIONS
We seek an experienced, professional Human Resources Associate to join our Pune, India office. The HR Associate/Operations will be responsible for activities and processes within general HR, professional development, onboarding & orientation, performance management. The HR Associate will report to the HR Lead, and will be part of a cross-office Global HR Operations team.
Provide support to the local business & HR leadership team for various HR initiatives
Lead integration of new employees into ZS
Partner & Coordinate with the Finance team on employee benefits: new hire kits, termination kits, benefits administration, etc.
Administer HR policies and put mechanisms to quickly respond to general HR queries
Conduct exit interviews and coordinate employee transitions and departures
Lead, Partner & Coordinate Global as well as India specific HR initiatives
Partner & Support other general human resources functions which may include staffing/scheduling, office management, office event planning, recruiting, campus recruiting initiatives, etc.
Provide support to various initiatives like ‘Professional Development Managers’, ‘mentorship programs’, campus recruit ‘sponsorship programs’, etc.
· Administer HR policies and put mechanisms to quickly respond to general HR queries
· Execute office level specific HR initiatives
· Support other general human resources functions which may include staffing/scheduling, office management, office event planning, recruiting, campus recruiting initiatives, etc.
Proven track record in the HR function for an independent office or Business Unit with about 500+ employees
2 to 4 yrs of HR work experience in a professional services firm strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree and a MBA with a strong academic background required
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment
Proven ability to work in a team environment and people management
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Global exposure or experience of having worked in cross office global teams
Good sense of humor appreciated
