Role Summary:

A well networked, market ready sales personality with at least 5+ years of relevant sales experience in the real estate or real estate supporting industry. The key function will be to develop business relations and win turnkey and consulting projects with the current & potential clients in the industry. This person's core responsibility will be to generate revenue through project acquisition.

Industry Skills * Strong network in the real estate industry with leading architects, contractors, commercial developers and large to mid-sized corporates * New account creation and business development on existing accounts * Should NOT think or act like a brand / marketing manager * Basic knowledge or architectural / interior design / real estate procurement / site management * Ability to create proposal based on a client's requirements * Skills in dealing with Architects, Consultants & Contractors for engineering requirements and proposal planning Personal Skills * Must have taken and be able to take ownership of key accounts to produce leads and revenue * Experience in Architecture / Interiors will be an added advantage. * Hands on usage of MS Office applications * Business savvy to the extent of reviewing and analyzing proposed costs to maximize profitability * Must have good research skills * Exceptional verbal and non-verbal communication skills * Excellent presentation skills * Excellent negotiation skills * Quick thinker * Proactive & Self-managed * Will need to generate leads, ready to travel, must be aggressive, must be able to build rapport with clients, source projects, handle e-marketing campaigns
